We are excited to announce that Health Plans, Inc. (HPI), a third-party administrator based in Westborough, Massachusetts, has acquired MedCost LLC.
This acquisition brings together two like-minded organizations dedicated to providing accessible, high-value care. By combining MedCost’s provider network in the Carolinas and Virginia with Employers Health Network, a high performance network company acquired by HPI in 2022, we expand our national reach and will be able to offer unique strategies to better serve the needs of self-funded employers and their beneficiaries.
We deeply value our partnership with you and want to assure you that your Network Management team will remain the same, with no disruptions to existing agreements, services, or points of contact. Over the coming months, we will begin a careful integration process and will keep you updated as things progress.
